Last year I attended a fundraiser for this upcoming documentary about gay porn director Wakefield Poole. Not only did Wakefield Poole make his mark in adult films, he was also a dancer on Broadway and television, and for a short time, ran a retail store in the Castro.
The first link below leads to a video plea for help to raise money to pay for the rights to use film clips necessary to tell the story.
